What happens if your transcript is bad?

I have just finished my A levels and right now I am preparing for my SAT. I have a very bad Transcript what should I do to get a college in USA?? I am from a south asian country so we must look for scholarships. Will having good SAT scores and extra curricular activities will help?? Help ME

ask for it to be reprinted -the quality will be better.

To get a student Visa you must have a good GPA.  You have to have a high TOFEL score and atleast the equivalent to a 3.0 B average for your GPA a solid SAT and excellent references.

Scores will help.  You could also submit an essay explaining why your grades slipped and list your extra activities.  Your best bet with poor transcripts is a state university...build up your grades there if you're planning to go to a better university.  You may be admitted on a probation, but at least you'll have a chance!  Best wishes!
