Yeast levels?  How are you gaging this?  Do you mean that you have a vaginal yeast infection?  Any vaginal yeast infection is bad.  Get some cream from the drug store that you inject into your v****a for three to seven days.  Then eat yogurt every day for the rest of your life.  Also, cut down on carbs and simple sugar because yeast (aka candida) feeds on sugar and the problem will just come back again.  Pants that are too tight and pantyhose also cut down on adequate air flow to the v****a.  Wear 100% cotton panties and loose fitting pants.  Also, an overgrowth of candida is bad for your autoimmune system so it's wise to keep it under control.
