What happens in animal quarantine?

im bringing my dogs to aussie and they have to go to quarantine what happens in quarantine? like ar ethey in a cage all day ? and how long can i visit them?

( its a maltese and yorkie) both 6 years old=)

your dogs will be in quarantine for about 6 months what they do in quartine they get spray (so that no bugs or etc that don't came into australia which we don't want .....
