What happens in grade 10?

Question

Heaps of people tell me that in grade 10 you have to study heaps and heaps, and all i hear about grade 10 is exams, essays, tests, college, university, assignments, lots of homework and stuff. I'm grade 8 at the moment but i'm getting really scared about grade 9 and 10. Could someone please tell me if you really have to study lots and if so how many hours. Thanks

grade nine isnt very difficult at all, alot of it is just a review of what you learned in grade eight plus some new things. Grade ten is pretty tough, talk about university and college really doesnt start till grade eleven. It also depends what classes you are taking and what level, but for advanced classes you will be doing homework everynight about a half hour ish per class. In applied classes you might get homework some nights but none the others, there is four exams at the end of every semester, which can be stressful if your behind in class. dont be nervous though! highschool is lots of fun
