Hi, I have been ttc for coming up to 2 years and have been having some tests done at the hospital, yesterday we got the results and everything is fine with me however my dh has been told that there was zero sperm in his sample, they are doing some more tests to try and find out why but we both feel really unsure as to where we stand and what can be done even with the tests? Has anyone else been in this situation or know if it is still possible for us to have a baby together? I know that it probably wont happen naturally but guess what I want to know is if there are any treatments for men with zero sperm? Thanks for any advice!

  1. you need @ least 1 sperm to fertalize an egg, so if there are 0 then he will not be able to have children

  2. There are still options.  I saw a show about it on TV once and they took a couple live sperm directly from the mans testicles and then did Invitro.  You're right, it probably won't happen naturally, but don't give up hope quite yet!

  3. come over to my place, I'll get you knocked up.

I've done it twice without even trying and I don't need any medical tests to get results.
