S What happens?

My husband just went back to Scotland because his visitor's visa was up. We applied for a spousal visa but it hasn't come back yet. If he comes back on another visitor's visa while we wait for the spousal one to come back, what happens since he won't be in London to go to the Embassy if they require an interview?

BTW, I'm an American citizen!!

  1. If he's not there to process his visa he'll just end up delaying the entire process.  If he doesn't respond to the embassy for a prolonged period of time I believe they will consider the petition abandoned.  You'll have to refile.

  2. If your married and hes a Scot and your American there should be know trouble as your not a economical refugee

Just someone who fell in love

tell him to see the CAB for advice or look on the .gov sites

                good luck and good night

  3. While it was my interest to read and study

various areas in The Law, I learned that

laws vary so widely - it is always helpful

to consult a "specialist". I, too, am an American

citizen. Seeking a solicitor (counselor at

law) would, or should, provide help for you

and lessen your anxiety during this period.    Kentucky (USA)
