If I am U.S Citizen and i go to EL SALVADOR to have a kid.And He is born there. And I want to take him to USA will he enter illegal or legal??

Well, if you just bring him here he will be illegal since he was born in El Salvador and will be a citizen there. You can apply for citizenship for him to come here though. It may take a while but it can be done

You have to obtain the proper US documents regarding the birth from the local US Consulate office prior to returning to the US.

A US citizen who has a child while outside of the US must register the birth with the nearest US consulate and get the baby a passport.  You need the baby's birth certificate, hospital records, photos, and proof of the parents' US citizenship.  You will bring the baby back to the US with its US passport.
