  1. The Bird's nest will be a soccer stadium and hold concerts.  The Swimming facility will continue to hold swimming events for local groups and schools.  The Tennis stadium will hold a world class WTA event later this year and next.

Wukesong Indoor Stadium will hold several NBA preseason games this October and will probably be the new home of a professional basketball team in Beijing (I assume there's one already) and have concerts.  The seating capacity here may increase because a considerable amount of seats were used for the press during the Olympic basketball tournaments.

Some sites like the equestrian field however may be destroyed too.

  2. No one is entirely sure yet, but they will most likely be used for various activities, festivals, and events in china.

  3. The Bird's Nest will be renovated to seat around 80,000 (down from over 90,000) and will be the home of Beijing Guoan Football Club.  The Water Cube will be a fitness and leisure center.

  4. I thinkthey'll be used as training facilities
