What happens to FRESH SQUEEZED orange juice after putting it in the fridge?

i heard that it will turn into sugar after a few nights in the fridge.

I'mm not talking about orange juice you buy with preservatives. i'm talking about the orange juice you squeeze yourself.

Actually, it will start to ferment and go bad quickly.

Squeeze and drink within 2 days.

Whenever I make fresh squeezed OJ, I only make enough to drink then.  That's why it's called fresh squeezed. : )

Fresh juice does not last more than a couple of days, because there are no preservatives in it. Drink it up. It will definitely ferment, but it's not going to turn into sugar.
