If Morphing Jar #2 is flipped up, and my opponent activates Royal Oppression, does Morphing Jar#2 get destroyed, or is he sent to the deck along with other monsters?... And would it negate the special summon of the effect? If so, does that mean that all monsters stay in the deck, or does it mean that the monsters never enter the deck if Morphing Jar #2 is destrpyed by Royal Oppression?

  1. basically the idea is

if morphing jar2 is ATTACKED while face down, oppression can do nothing as its effect activates in the damage step and a continuous trap isn't quick enough.
however if you flip morphing jar two manually or with book of taiyou or something, royal opp just negats and destroys morphing jar as it is the activation of an effect that includes special summoning and royal up can negate an destroy that card.

what remains to be seen is if you can negate the individual summons of those monsters (say if you had a full field when u attacked morphing jar. because their special summons are separate from the morphing jar 2 effect but also within it. cos of the way royal opp is worded. message me at guyan_liyanage@hotmail.co.uk. i'm a good friend of one of the regional judges.
