  1. yes it might..bring it to the vet if u r concerned

  2. DONT USE LISTERINE THATS BAD FOR IT. GIVE IT LOTS OF THINGS TO CHEW TAR-TAR BUILD UP DOSE STINK A BIT AND CHEWING KEEPS ITS TEETH CLEAN. IF ITS OLD IT MAY HAVE SOME BAD TEETH, ONE OF MINE IS VERY OLD AND ITS BREATH IS A BIT WIFFY. GOOD LUCK.

  3. Are you retarded?

  4. Go to your nearest Pet Store. They usually sell "Cat Breath Mints". But good luck trying to make your cat eat it!!

Or, stop smelling your cats breath. ;)

AND YES, LISTERINE POCKET MIST WILL HARM YOUR CAT. ARE YOU CRAZY?!

  5. Pocket mist is for people not pets, take our advice and DONT use it on ut cat. plus bad  breath most likely means that it needs to get its teeth cleaned, so take to the vet asap.

  6. Listerine has alcohol in it, don't give it to the cat. Go to petsmart or petco and get Greenies or some other cat treat with chlorophyll . I would also have the vet check its mouth for bad teeth or dental disease.

  7. Bad breath usually means you need to have his teeth cleaned.  Take him to the vet.

  8. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES put anything like Listerine in your cat's mouth........Why take the chance????

Get his teeth cleaned and change his diet.  Too much wet food will stagnate in his system and cause foul breath!

Take him to your vet, and get this situation checked out.  It could mean something simple to fix, or could be an underlying health PROBLEM.

    Good luck...........

  9. You don't use human products on animals!  Listerine contains alcohol, and that can make an animal very ill.  Please use your head.  Bad breath usually means your cat needs a dental check up at the vets.  Meanwhile, until you can get him there for the yearly check up, you can use dental treats, dental wipes (made for cats), or you can cut up very tiny pieces of parsley, and putting in the cat's food.  Usually a 1/4 teaspoon for an adult cat.

HUMAN FOOD, MEDICATION AND DRINKS ARE NOT MADE FOR ANIMALS, IT CAN MAKE THEM ILL.  Please call and talk to your vet or vet tech before giving your pet any human foods, medications (including Neosporin!) and drinks.  Do not give pets human toothpaste or dental rinses or breath mints.

  10. i know how you feel my cats breath stinks so so bad.

  11. You are too young to have a cat. If you wish to keep it, read a book about cat care. If you don't, take it to a nearby shelter.

  12. no...he wont die,but you shouldnt spray it in his/her mouth...you should get him/her a treat tha makes the breath better...good luck!

  13. No listerine you're not supposed to swallow listerine if you're a human let alone a cat it wasn't desingted for.

  14. Yes, it will.  Just kidding. It would be mean to do that though.

A visit to a veterinarian would be the smart thing to do.

He may need a dental cleaning, may have a decaying tooth that needs to be pulled.

Bad breath can be the result of several things. Kidney disease. Stomach ulcers. Unchecked diabetes.
