  3. It depends if a price is quoted for no goal scorer. If it is, you have lost, unless your nomination did not play. If not, you would get your money back.

  4. I assume you are talking about soccer instead of football.  There is usually a pick for 'draw' in soccer matchups if you choose moneyline bets, covering all 3 possible outcomes.
