  1. some of the landfills are tamped down with machines, but ultimately they are left to sink normally and who knows>  Maybe some one will build and hopefu8lly the sinking is all finished. . .  . seems risky to me!

  5. A filled landfill is not solid enough to support a building of any size. They can, however be used as open space, ball-fields,or parkland.
