  1. they can decide which country they want to live in

  2. It depends on the country in which they hold their dual citizenship and the citizenship of their parents. Normally if a parent is a citizen of a country the child can retain that citizenship after the age of 18. In some countries, dual citizneship of the child will expire when they reach the age of 18 whereupon they have to choose a citizenship between what they posses. In some countries, such as the USA, if a child is born here or has an american parent they will retain their citizenship after the age of 18, unless they apply for citizenship of another country (whereupon they're denoucing their citizenship)

  3. It depends on the countries involved.  A few, such as Korea, require that the child choose at 18; most (like the US) do not - a citizen is a citizen unless you deliberately surrender your citizenship.  Some countries' laws (such as Pakistan, I think) say that you lose their citizenship if you acquire another voluntarily.  Here is a useful site that explains the huge variety of citizenship laws in the world:

  4. if you have dual citizenship , you keep it , some countries do ask for citizens to do the military service in the country ,if you refuse ? you may loose the citizenship of that country.

    otherwise you keep it .
