What happens to chloroplast and mitochondria during cell division?

  1. they dont do anything

    the nucleus send messages out to the whole cell to create/ duplicate the chloroplast and mitochondria and so the original cell before mitosis/meiosis has extra mitochondria and chloroplasts which are seperated (not in two just in numbers, one each for daughter cellls)

    and then while the two daughter cells are growing SEPERATELY, they grow more chloroplasts and mitochondria in that time b4 being ready for mitosis/meiosis again!!!
