What happens to my pictures when i upload them on yahoo to send them to some1 like are saved on here?

do they only get sent to that person or can they be spread all over the web?

Whenever you upload a picture to anywhere on the net, always make sure you click on "Keep Private" on your host server, otherwise anyone surfing can find the picture. Even if you only send the link to one person, if the site hosting your picture is not private then yes anyone can see the picture.

Also ANY time you upload anything on the net, there's always the possibility that someone could hack the site so I recommend deleting the picture from the site once your friend has opened the link and had a chance to download it.

If you post the link on THIS site then chances are very good that it will be all over the net very soon.

If you are using email, they only go to the person you sent them to.
