So let's say your the passenger, and instead of pulling over, the driver decides to run from the cops in a high speed chase... and it is against your will, but you have no choice but to go along for the ride. . . When you finally get caught, what will happen to you? It wasn't your choice to run, you just happened to be in the car with an idiot...

  1. Google "Sean Bell."

  2. Once caught....and they always get caught....... you will be pulled out of the car and thrown down and handcuffed just the same.  But if you truly were just along for a ride against your will and your story pans out,  you would more than likely be let go.

  3. I have no idea but Im sure the cops wont be too happy and prob will question all the passengers

  4. Texas girl is right.  When the chase is over.  Stay calm, do what the police tell you to do as soon as they tell you.  Do not resist, trying to explain in the heat of the moment will not do you any good.  Wait until they have everyone in cuffs, then talk to the officers and explain why you were there.

  5. they prob wont believe you, so tell them you wanna press charges against the driver for putting your life in danger
