What happens to pee if I keep it in a bottle for long periods of time?

For example, I pee-ed in a bottle and I kept it there for a few weeks. It turned darker, what would happen if i kept it for a year?

Urine turns to ammonia.     In Paris, France, and other cities they used to collect the urine from public urinals and turn it into ammonia which was used for cleaning.

Well, if you boil it, it becomes ammonia, but I'm guessing it would just stink if you kept it in a bottle.

It turns you into someone no one wants to hang out with. Get rid of the pee and find another hobby.
