Wait. But it said that her withdrawal could be limited that she could retire all tennis immediately or at the end of the season. If she retires without trying to win her first wimbledon, I will be upset and sad. I love Justine.

It is treated the same way as if she simply wasn't playing in tournaments.  She would officially go down the rankings, soon losing the points from winning the French Open last year.  She has a huge lead on #2 Sharapova so it won't be until sometime in the hardcourt season (but likely before the US Open) that someone takes over.  When 52 weeks have  passed from when she played her last match, she would no longer have a ranking.
