there are a lot of factors... all calls can be traced regardless if you *67 to block your caller ID or not.

punishment can range from a verbal warning from the police, to much more serious charges, which could include probation, a civil fine, court fees, punitive damages, and/or jail time...

if the person calls back you get yelled at ,if you put *67 nothing happens,its fun though.
