  1. Well, the person generally has 7 days to pay it back or show that it was unintentional to avoid being arrested for check fraud.  If you bounce a check at a casino, it is worse than at a store, because the casino usually deals with higher amounts and can afford to sue you for the money in court.

  2. Someone is in trouble!

  3. They'll be marked as a deadbeat in multiple casinos.  They pass the word about counters, cheaters and deadbeats....they compete for business, but they stick together on certain things.

As to whether they'll take legal action to get the $10K, I don't know.  One would presume they would, or everyone would get the idea they can sting Vegas for ten large.

  4. They say. What happens in Vagas. Stays in Vagas.

so, even though, you see a lot of glass on the buildings.

They do have some with bar's. Justice will prevail.

And it's all on camera, from many angles. Sorry. <}:-{(

  5. in Nevada to bounce a check is a state jail felony. Which means automatic jail time. 10,000.00 Is a class A felony which is most likely prison time. Jeez Good Luck???
