I always wondered what happens to the sand during winter. Does it freeze with the snow? Does it become a death trap to slip on? What REALLY happens?

  1. I believe that that the sand is normal as always just a bit colder since the sun isnt beaming on it all day long. As far as the snow goes the sand would probly freeze with the snow ,if the sand got wet and mangled in with the wetness then it would freeze with the snow. like the sand when it gets wet it gets clumpy. it think it will just freeze like a snowball except this would be called a "sandball" lol.
