  1. Maybe it becomes a place for local competetitions and recreational swimming

If I lived in china i'd love to swim where the swimming beast Phelps once was

  2. Seriously I'm starting to get annoyed with the constant China bashing. There are lots of countries with the death penalty, including the United States. So Americans shouldn't say anything about that, which lots do.

To answer the question. The Bird's Nest will more than likely become a full time football stadium. The Water Cube will probably be used for public use, as well as international competition. I can see the Bird's Nest being used for an IAAF Athletics meet every year as well.

  3. The government is going to start using them to carry out their daily executions.  The ticket sales and broadcast rights are going to go towards paying off the debts they owe to the Olympic judges.

  4. They are transformed into a place where te community can use it and trian. Im not exaclty sure what they're going to do with there's, its there decision, but i know that after the winter olympics in vancouver, that they're turning one of their buildings into, a training place for the public and a public library, and various things like that

  5. The birds nest is going to be used as a soccer stadium

not sure what they are going to do with the water cube.  They could keep it open for people to swim or for big swimming events.

  6. The bird's nest looks like a giant toilet bowl, so i offered the chinese, money to let me take it home and put it in my bathroom. The water cube? Well, i don't know.
