it is thrown out ,becuase what you see them cook on tv is not what you think ,mostly the dishes are not cooked properly it is just a demonstration of method of cooking ,i mmeen you will find shows that cook a dish from start to finish then is eating by whoever there at end of show , i was on emmirils show and seen it in person
