i;m a feminist

i wear normal clothes - dirty dirty underwear, have many many s*x toys and love and adore my husband - to which i make his dinner and coffee etc... i believe the masculine and the feminine have different roles to play within a functioning society, that the masculine public realm is not as important as the feminine private realm, and that all are equal in the law.that women can remain at home to look after children without feeling pressure to conform (see scandinavian states) and that such a role is more important than any other.

somehow, i doubt your idea of a 'feminist' comes from an academic background

That's the beauty of an ideology which encourages women to have a degree of agency and autonomy - choice in other words, basic freedom...and to strive for that we must be branded man hating trolls lol..So, it follows, if you do not describe yourself as a feminist you must be a beauty pageant contestant, looks wise and just a tincey weeny bit of a doormat for the dominant gender of the species...lol Oh! well, I think I will take my independent little troll self back under my Billy Goats Gruff little bridge then...Oh! and to the others who rise to the insults about feminists resorting to good old lesbophobia, or protestations of heterosexual normal feminists being quite nice really...remember Audre Lorde's quote about women's liberation..."The Master's house won't be dismantled by the Master's tools..." Anyway, what do you mean by "women who refuse to comply"? Do these women refrain from voting or from using birth control? Do they remain in abusive relationships? Do they stay in low-paying or traditionally female jobs (social work, teaching, nursing)?

A woman who takes advantage of the rights offered to her by feminism is participating in the system and is complying to it.

What are you talking about?  If you don't want to be a feminists don't be.  I will continue to vote, work for equal wages, not be raped by my spouse, not be beaten by my spouse, divorce my husband if he beats me, run for political office, go to College and get an education, own property, inherit property..and the list goes on.  You can choose to give up these things, because feminists fought to get them, and you want to distance yourself from feminists.  LET ME SHOW YOU THE DOOR TO GO OUT!
