What happens to the objects that get stuck in Your eye if You don't get them out?

If something like an eyelash or something foreign from a gust of wind and dust got caught in Your eye, but never did find it and get it out, what happens to that object?

  1. Eventually, it will come out through your nose.  Much of snot (sorry for the unfortunate terminology) is made from residual eye fluids that run backward into your sinus cavities.

    And, actually, I can recommend blowing your nose as a solution to those tricky little bits that you are having trouble getting out of your eyes.  Very often, this will be enough to "flush" your eye sockets, and remove the offending item.


  2. there is a duct in the corner of your eye that gets rid of it. your nose eye ducts are connected, so is your throat. Thats why some people can shoot milk out thier eye ducts.

    a] try the 'blowing the nose' technique mentioned above

    b] use plain eyedrops to flush it out
