  1. most just celebrate either on the 28th or the 1st

  2. Of course not! they either celebrate it on the 28th Feb or !st March

  3. Every family handles it in their own funny way. Most people just have a birthday party on Feb 28 or March 1, and just say they've only had so many REAL birthdays, but are so many years old.

  4. No my little cousin was born on leap year. He celebrates his birthday at the end of the month on the 28th. I don't know it's weird. But he gets a birthday.

  5. No, they usually just celebrate their birthdays on the 28th or March 1st

  6. Well sometimes people say that they are only 4 when they are 16 or something but actually they have been born for sixteen yeats so they are sixteen. :)

  7. You can either choose to change the day to Feb. 28th or March 1st. And no, they just don't get to celebrate on the exact date. [:

  8. Joke: they grow every 4 years once.. which means if they are born in 1998 they are not 10 years old, but they are only 2 years old.. THEY LIVE LONGER!! LMAO! sorry that was stupid...

    -------

Actually they celebrate it 1st march.. or 28th feb. to be honest i prefer my first answer! :p

  9. LOL a kid in my sons nursery is a feb 29th baby - he's four years old in real terms but as leap year is only every four years hes just had his first official birthday, his parents made a big fuss of this, an extra big party, but in previous years they celebrate his birthday on Feb 28th.

  10. Techinally, yes they do. But they grow at the same rate as anyone else. So they'll be one but look four. :] Most people celebrate their birthday at/around the same time of year as well.

  11. Yes.. I had a friend who was born on that day and she would have her birthday every 4 yrs but always extra special.  It was really fun!

  12. Most people celebrate midnight Feb 28, and make jokes about being 10 when they turn 40.

  13. technically, yes. My dad has a friend who only has had 11 birthdays, but he's 40-something, really. Usually people who are born on Feb. 29th celebrate their birthdays on the 28th of every other year, besides their real birthday, and have an extra-special celebration on the 29th.

  14. That is a good question...i never thought of that! I am GLAD im born in March!!

  15. nope you either celebrate the day before or after - the real is on feb 29th though

  16. They get 1 year older on the day after Feb 28th, whatever that day is called in any particular year.  So in most states, they can't buy beer until Feb 28th of the year they turn 21  (one day before their 21st birthday).

  17. LOL...

I have a friend that was born on this day. We joke around with her about this all the time!! telling her that technically she is only five years old....

    :)

  18. they're usually born retarded

  19. They still age, but they can only celebrate their birthday in 4 year increments ;0)

  20. Yea, i've seen rticles on that. So when your, say, 16, your technecally 4 BIRTHDAYS old. NOT 4 years old-- they've still lived 16 years. And they just celebrate is on the 28th or the 1st.

  21. No

One of my best friends was born on Feb.29

The hospital tells you that you age normally

You just choose either Feb.28 or March 1 as your birthday to celebrate

My friends parents picked March 1

But this year was her sweet 16 so it was pretty cool her real birthday came

  22. once they turn 4 they disappear and reappear 4 years later. they do this every 4 years.

  23. no they are one year older every year

they just only have an actual birthday once every four years

  24. yes they do :]]]

hahahaah they look older than they are

  25. No, they either pick the 28th or march 1st to celebrate their birthday. It's rare to be born on that date though.

  26. Lol,

Well you either do it before or after.

However I guess, if you could only age 1 year on your birthday, then you would 1 till you where 4 lol.

    But instead you age everyday.

Actually most people havent finished 4 years completly till leap year.

So really you are 3 even when you are 4 for 1 more day.

    GOOD LUCK

    .........................................

  27. Technically yes, but as they age, they count the years and even celebrate on March 1.

  28. No, my Grandpa was born on February 29.  You just have you birthday on March 1st or February 28th.

  29. ..."they" all grow at a much slower rate then the rest of us... (doesn't seem fair)

  30. They get locked up in a secret labratory in Iowa and are let loose every four years.
