What happens when a routine is broken?

Im trying to win back the girl I like - to do this im getting her mates to stay away and leave her with her boyfriend - eventually im planning to break the routine and get us all to rush in at once - overflowing her- do you think that my ex might get stressful around her boyfriend?

ps she cheated on me so dont give me the whole - oh thats cruel stuff -

but does anyone know what actually happens when a routine is broken
