  6. well he would get deported.but with money and good lawyers he could speed the paper work to go back,wait for parole-normally 5 years-but i guess if the person had money he could speed things up.maybe if he prooved he needs to be in the states for a good cause-and has the money not to leech anything form USA maybe he could go back,.
