I was pulled over. The officer let me go without an arrest, without any tickets and without signing anything. He had the vehicle towed to a location of my choice. He said he was going to call the next day to meet at a random location. he's asking me to sign warrants for the offense i was pulled over. If let go from the scene, is there any obligation, on my part, to sign these warrants?

  1. Congratulations you must now be a judge since they are the ones to sign off an a warrant. Unsure where you live but in Nevada a police officer has a year to issue a citation.
