Here's the deal there is a woman that let my family and I live in her house with a verbal agreement that we would pay her 200 a month and the gas, elec, and water. Which we also had to put the water and elec in our name. I mean she really did us a favor I am willing to admit that especially since we had no where to go with a one month old baby. But now 5 months later my mother in law needed help taking care of her house so we were moving out to move in with her. Man did that open up a whole big can of worms. The owner of the house is now trying to say we owe her another 100 dollars and the sewage. Which is she really wants it she'll take us to court I'm fine with that. But because of all of this she is pretty angry with us (why I do not know)

  1. Trespassing is a crime - she would be arrested and would go to court.

However - I would not accept a trespassing complaint against a property owner.  The theft issue is a different story - she can not steal your stuff.

This matter is civil and not criminal
