I tried it myself and i would not advise it. My erection was so hard that it felt like the skin would tear off the end of my p***s. Not a good feeling. It also raises blood pressure so I don't suggest it.

why would you want to?  foreplay is just that... foreplay.  you should be able to stay hard the whole time.
