How do you know for sure that they are using a cheat program?  If you think so report them.

There should be an option or section within the site that you  "game" with, to "report abuse". Cheating would be considered a form of abuse, or breaking of the standard rules of play. Once reported to the sites webmaster, this player will, more often than not, be banned from gameplay if the report of abuse was validated. You CAN be the one to report this player if you wish. Just refer to the gamesites "help" pages if you need more guidance. Good Luck
