What happens when someone's legs are pinned under a rock?

In my script I'm writing one of the characters legs are pinned under a rock. Would you eventually loose feeling in them and if so at what point? Also, would he be able to move at all after it is moved off of him?

the veins would start to clog losing feeling and over time u would have to cut them off
