What happens when you're caught driving and your license is suspended due to a dui conviction?

I was stopped and cited for not yielding to a pedestrian cvc 21950(a). and received cvc 12500 (a) unlicensed. My car is impounded for 30 days. What other penalties will i receive. I am in santa clara county in California

  2. You should have had to go directly to jail, do not pass go, do not collect 200$.

    I hope they take away your driving privileges for life.

  3. You probably will have to go to a class on driving / drinking.

    Your insurance rates will skyrocket; Insurance companies keep close tabs on DUI activity. Unlicensed - which? You or the car - either case is bad. Not yielding to a pedestrian? Wow you've really stacked the case against yourself. My sympathies.
