What happens when you freeze honey?

Does it turns to ice like water? Or does it do nothing just make it cold?

humm interestingng question.. i guess it must be becoming hard frozen.. thought i wonder why any one would like to freeze honey since pure honey never goes bad.. you can keep it in a sealed container and have it even after 10 years!!
