  1. He'll get fined, no doubt, and may have his license suspended until he can get insurance.  If this isn't his first offense for driving uninsured, his license may be revoked altogether.

  2. Well he's screwed to put it in a nutshell...what prat drives without insurance?!

  3. you have to pay with youre own money

  4. He will get stuck with many fines from the court. Depending on your situation you can get off of it. My suggestion if for him to get an attorney, and hopefully have it off his record. Don't drive until it is off, then once it is gone, go and get insurance so the rates aren't sky high, due to having a no insurance ticket. Good Luck!

  5. His license will be suspended and he will be fined unless he gets some insurance pronto.

  6. He will more than likely have to pay a fine and will have his license revoked.  They take uninsured motorist very seriously in most states......find a new boyfriend unless you want to be his taxi.

  7. 1. Get insurance

This does show effort, most likely he will need what they call SR-22, which is proof of Financial Responsibility. He mostly likely will need this for 1-3 years. They are going to watch and make sure he carries insurance so he can keep his licences.

SR-22 to some companies is going to be high risk, but not with all. There will be companies that wont cover him after conviction.

notes---taking class will sometimes reduce points, but will not make a ticket go away, so insurance comapnies can and will still charge for violations even if a class is taken, because the DMV wipes the points not the ticket.

--no insurance tickets is automatic court appearence

  8. Why is he thinking about going to court?  He's guilty, why doesn't he just sign the ticket & pay the fine?

  9. It is gonna take a while to  find the answer for your question on internet.I provide a related and good resource here for your reference.http://car-insurance.online-tips.info/ca...

  10. He better get some quick to at least show that he took the effort to get insured. It is a very hefty fine. Then, he should take a defensive driving course to hopefully defer the fine that is coming. And, if he neglects to do this, he could loose his license.
