it hurts... ask Arturo Gatti... got KO'd by a kidney shot...

It is a nasty hurt, in boxing... a fighter who has a lot of heart and courage can't do much with it after a good shot to the kidney.

A body punch can and will paralyze you where as a head shot just numbs you.

Real pain is a good body shot, you can't breath or move.
