  1. If it's an 8gb ipod touch than that seems like it's used. Make sure it's not messed up and has warranty.

    When you jailbreak it, it allows it to do some, to this day, wierd stuff. I.E. Change the background of the touch. Not as useful as it was before. Oh and it can destroy your ipod.
