It will load up the game of Tetris. This is called an Easter egg, something the programmers put into a program so it is funny when someone runs across it. There is actually two easter eggs in the about menu. Click on the utorrent logo and you hear sounds. Similarly, typing =rand() and hit enter in MS word will produce paragraphs of info. Try pressing alt+shift+2 in solitaire. Or, try typing bush hid the facts into a notepad file, save it and open it.
