My 20 yr old son received court supervision for a speeding ticket in January. Today he received a ticket for disobeying a stop sign. Would he still be under court supervision for the first offense and will he have his license suspended since this is the second offense in 7 months?

  1. Basically, he just violated the terms of his court supervision. Yes, it is highly possible for him to have his license suspended at this point in time. The entire purpose of the court supervision was to give him a second chance to see if he can follow rules. The court will not view this in a positive light.

Best of luck and I hope this is useful to you

  2. That all depends on the judge and the mood the judge is in.

  3. I hope so--the kid needs to learn to obey the law.

  4. Sounds like your adult son needs to learn a lesson!

Like how to listen, follow laws and listen to a judge.

He speeds and runs stop signs, another Hogan kid?

A good tour in the military may be what he needs to grow up.

    Bet he lives at home!

    Little mommas boy!

His license is gone, thank God!
