  1. They are obligated to tell the proper authorities. Then there would be an investigation and if there is enough evidence of abuse the child/children would be put in state custody and the parents/other abusers would have to go to court.

  2. Your kid gets called to the office and the CPS sits your kid in a room, kind of like interrigation and keeps on asking the kid over and over again what her parents do or the reasons why the kid was called in there (exp.if the kids in there for child abbuse issues they ask her about that)

  3. by law they must report this to the proper authorities be it the police or CPS

  4. Schools are mandated reporters of child abuse. so they would be required by law to report it to social services. Any report made to social services is investigated no matter who reported it i know that the child is interviewed and photo documentation is taken. (if there are marks) the case worker would also have to interview the parent or parents does the child need immediate medical attention? Then what happens next depends on the case worker the extent of abuse Though it is the general practice of the state to keep children and families together they may recommend temporary placement of child in foster care or to a relative.  the adults may need to take parenting classes in extreme cases the parent could lose their children.  try contacting the social services in your area.

and if this is not really for a movie and you suspect a child is being abused then please report it you can remain anonymous.

  5. If you report something to a counselor (even if they are sworn to secrecy), they are legally required to report it. It depends on the situation. If it is a legitimate report, action will be taken. If it is a bogus (joke) report you will have action taken against you.

  6. Depends on the situation.

If you report child abuse, the teacher tells the principal, the principal calls CPS, and CPS investigates the case. If the child is indeed being abused to a point that the child needs to be taken away, they might go stay with a grandparent or another family member, or they may go stay in a state facility. The parents will then take some classes, possibly pay some money, and eventually either get the child back or go through the court systems to try and get the kid back.
