What happens when you smoke a cigarette backwards?

(By accident of course. And only one drag...gross!)

How much worse is it than smoking a drag of a cig the right way?

Nothing "happens" other than the smoke goes directly into your lung without the benefit of a filter. This is intensely more painful than dragging a regular cigarette, and even seasoned smokers can't do it for long.

It would amount to being slightly worse because of there not being a filter, but not by much.

You smoke the filter instead of the tobacco

You light the filter and it tastes gross and stinks. Probably isn't too healthy for you either, but smoking isn't healthy in the first place.
