What happens when you squeeze an orange peel onto the flame of a candle?

it sparks like a mini explosion every small wont hurt you or anything its kinda cool i did it once and it scarred the heck outta my Friends ^_^ it the acid in the orange peel and when you squeeze it it sprays onto the flame and a basic chemical reaction and spark which is kinda fun to watch

idk try it and tell me then i will tell you.. that's the only solution i can think of cause there is never oranges In my house or burning candles
