What happens when you wake up from astral projecting??

Question

When my little sister falls asleep on the couch i have to carry her to her room, but when i pick her up she goes all stiff and takes a deep breath in and then relaxes agen and she seems awake. But other times she just jolts and opens her eyes and falls assleep again. I was wondering if this is maybe her astral or etheric self returning to her body??

I know she may not be doing it intentionally because shes too young to understand. I was just wonderingg??

Children tend to astral project more easily, so what you think may be a possibility. When someone is interfering with your physical body, your astral body feels the need to go back. So yes, this could be the case. ^u^
