What happens with 80W speakers and a 30W amp?

Question

I have a stereo 30W (15W RMS) amplifier and I am looking for two good speakers to use with it (not in a car).

I have seen component speakers at maplins which are 80W. What happens when you use 80W speakers with a 30W amp? Does it just sound like c**p?

Can anyone link me to some cheap component speakers for use with the 30W (15w rms) amplifier unit?

It should sound fine.  The amp has enough power to drive the speakers, but not enough to hurt the speakers.  You should be in good shape.
