What happens with Iraqi oil and its money?

I am not looking into opinions, speculations, but facts, figures with reliable sources,

is there enough clarity of how this money is well reserved and spent?

Go to the General Accounting Office website . . . they comprise all the figures for the Federal government . . . Last quarter over 38 billion was banked . . . the Iraqi government also has a contract for development with Hilton Hotels and a luxury mall developer  . . .

After Bush and the Gang have got billions of dollars wasted in this "i'm not in a nation building" debacale The Irag government has signed a huge multi-billion dollar deal with the Chinese! h**l, the longer we are there the better it is working out!

from the small amount of positive news being reported about Iraq by the media....it's being used to rebuild the infrastructure of the country.  Roads, schools, oil wells....those blown up by Saddam's army...their military...etc.

Now that Iraq has a constitution based on Islamic Law, I imagine they will do the same as Saudi Arabia,...fund terrorism
