Question:

What happens would happen to my body if I eat a lot of protein and run 6 days a week for 45 minutes?

Will my body get really tone? I try lifting weights..there is no way I'm gonna do that. I rather run. I think running is a lot better. Will my legs get nice from running?

  1. yes running and jumping on a trampoline are attually the best things to do to build up your legs and stomach because on both you are using your own body weight. you would become very fit and each day you will relise how much easier it is to run for that 45 mins, if your up for it do it, it will be hard i garentee that but keep at it after 2 weeks i garentee you will see and feel the differance, 2 WEEKS THATS ALL!


  2. running is great, i would do at least one day out of the 6 as weights, or core workout, just to strengthen your muscle, and help to prevent injuries from running.  i heard that if you are going to run that much, 45min 6 days a week, then you can pretty much eat whatever you like and still have great tone.
