Natives in Europe is a very complicated matter; they're pretty much all eachother - the Saxons originated in central Europe.

England or India/Pakistan?  England gave us bland food, genocide of native populations, "terra nullius" policy in Australia,  Lord Jeffery Amherst (the guy who traded small pox blankets to Native Americans, and as ye old Canadian said "civilized" the world (Ha!).  The origin of tikka masala may be in the UK but that does not make it theirs any more than the Elgan marbles are British because they are in the British museum.  Mosques likewise are Muslim regardless of where they are built and have their origins in Islamic territories.

As for the second question:  The people of England are a mix of Celts, Anglos, Saxons and Jutes.  The Celts are the original occupants from whom the Romans took the southern part of the island.  After Roman occupation ceased the Germanic tries listed above came on yearly pillaging trips and found a power vacuum and decided to stay.
