What has Tin in it? Is a tin can 100% tin?

I'm looking to cast some tin and i need some materials. What's a list of some common day items with Tin in them? Could i just melt down a bunch of tin cans and cast it into something?

raw material = lead free solder

look at the label on it make sure of the %Tin.

Plumbing solder is lead free (or should be), while most electrical solder still has some lead in it.

"tin can" is mainly an historical term. Tin cans are almost all aluminum, some are still made of steel. even when tin was part of the construction it was just as a plating/lining on the inner surface
